Blossom & Brine is a luxury gourmet brand founded by Cazoshay Marie—an Alaska-grown speaker, artist, writer, disability advocate, and entrepreneur whose life journey is infused into every detail of the brand.
In 2017, Cazoshay survived a near-fatal accident after being struck by a car traveling 48 mph while crossing the street in downtown Phoenix. The experience resulted in lasting disabilities and chronic conditions that shape her daily life. It also profoundly reshaped her relationship with ritual, beauty, and intentional living, ultimately inspiring the creation of Blossom & Brine.
Each Blossom & Brine sugar cube is thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches at the time your order is placed, and features specially curated, limited-edition flavor profiles made with the highest-quality ingredients. From delicate botanicals to refined aromatics, every element is intentionally selected to enhance flavor while transforming ordinary moments into elevated rituals.
Designed to be used just like traditional sugar—in tea, coffee, cocktails, mocktails, and culinary creations—Blossom & Brine offers far more than sweetness. It offers experience. Our luxury sugar cubes and sculptural sugar designs are created for those with discerning taste who appreciate craftsmanship, elegance, and the art of slowing down. Select releases will remain intentionally limited. In addition to our signature sugars, luxury gourmet salts—equally refined and thoughtfully curated—will be released at a later date, expanding the Blossom & Brine collection into savory ritual.
